Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts by identifying, attracting, screening, and assisting with the hiring of qualified candidates. This position partners closely with Human Resources, department leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

The Recruiter will manage the recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance while providing a professional and positive candidate experience. The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, results-driven, and capable of recruiting for both technical and professional positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to identify current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain job postings that accurately reflect position qualifications, responsibilities, and organizational expectations.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional associations, employee referrals, networking, recruiting platforms, career fairs,



and other sourcing methods.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Conduct reference checks and support background screening processes when required.
- Assist hiring managers with evaluating candidate qualifications and making hiring recommendations.
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers in partnership with Human Resources and company leadership.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation.
- Track recruiting activity, including open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, acceptance rates, and time-to-fill.
