Drives strategic analysis and leads teams to deliver exceptional client value. Manages senior stakeholder relationships and contributes to commercial growth and team development.
- Designs creative analyses and identifies new paths for recommendations.
- Leads presentations in complex situations.
- Delegates and manages resources across tracks.
- Develops C-level rapport and identifies unspoken client needs.
- Co-leads contracting and ensures project profitability.
- Coaches team on capability usage and technical excellence.

AMC (L7)

Leads teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven analyses that create client value. Coaches junior team members and manages stakeholder relationships with professionalism.
- Synthesizes complex data into actionable recommendations.




- Leads client touchpoints and adjusts communication to context.
- Delegates and plans effectively, managing risks.
- Builds rapport with senior stakeholders and supports expectation alignment.
- Contributes to commercial discussions and proposal preparation.
- Mentors team on technical tools and best practices.

C (L8)

Independently leads structured analyses and synthesizes insights to support client decision-making. Delivers client-ready materials and contributes to stakeholder engagement and commercial opportunities.
- Applies 80/20 thinking and identifies key focus areas.
- Creates full decks with coherent storylines.
- Leads internal meetings and occasionally client meetings.
- Builds rapport with junior and mid-level stakeholders.
- Identifies client challenges and supports opportunity identification.
- Demonstrates expert-level technical and communication skills.
