Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Colombia - Remote

Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery and scaling of an enterprise marketing measurement and optimization platform. This role will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Application Engineering, and MLOps teams to drive complex initiatives from planning through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, manage sprint execution, and maintain Jira backlogs, roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
- Translate product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver data, machine learning, and application solutions.
- Drive project timelines, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align priorities and requirements.
- Oversee model validation, retraining, pipeline updates, and release processes.




- Maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to technical and business audiences.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex data and technology projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and Jira administration.
- Experience coordinating Data Science, Data Engineering, Application Engineering, and MLOps teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, dbt, Airflow, and data/ML pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
- Experience with marketing measurement, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or marketing analytics platforms.
