About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized marketing professional to join our client's team in the HR sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, maintaining alignment with brand positioning, and supporting the adaptation of marketing materials.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on existing campaigns to ensure proper execution during the 3-month period.
- Coordinate with Digital Teams, Creative, and PR to align priorities and deadlines for each campaign.
- Support the adaptation and localization of materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage the campaign calendar and track milestones, deliverables, and approvals.
- Implement new initiatives as they arise, ensuring structure and responsiveness.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for internal marketing stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and address risks or blockers in a timely manner.
- Support basic campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements




- Experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or regional marketing support.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and follow-up.
- Ability to support campaign localization and material adaptation.
- Experience in B2B marketing or professional services is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience in HR-related marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
