ECN Reception and Registration
Receive, register, and classify ECNs and technical communications from the factory, assigning priority, responsible parties, and target dates.
Applicability Analysis
Determine the affected population in Colombia, including model, batch, VIN, customer, and operation, and verify it against the vigente vehicle fleet in the country.
Repair Process Planning
Develop work instructions for each ECN, including the sequence of operations, standard time, required tools, safety conditions, and acceptance criteria.
ECN Management
Maintain the schedule, milestones, risks, and responsible parties for each ECN, ensuring follow-up through closure and timely escalation of any deviations.

2. Supplies, Tools, and Lead Time
Definition of Supply and Tool Requirements
Based on the instructions for each ECN, determine the required spare parts, supplies, consumables, and special tools, including the quantities and dates by which they must be available at each yard.
Lead Time Control




Establish and monitor procurement lead times for each ECN component, including factory requests, production, international transit, customs clearance, and delivery to the yard.
Calculate the latest request date to ensure materials arrive before the intervention begins and provide early alerts when lead times may impact the schedule.
Supply Coordination with Warehouse and Yards
Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics team, and responsible parties at each yard regarding the receipt, preparation, and delivery of required materials and tools.
Verify the physical availability of materials and tools on-site before the scheduled intervention date.
Material Management with the Factory
Calculate spare parts demand, process requests with the factory, and follow up on purchase orders, imports, and on-site availability.
