We're looking for a Broadcast Supervisor to lead the day-to-day work of our
content team in Medellín. - content team should be changes with Broadcast team
in Medellín

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations
* Manage internal and external communication
* Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the
streaming service
* Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow
* Follow all internal rules and regulations
* Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency
* Demonstrate expected standards in daily operations and behavior, setting the




benchmark for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the
team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong knowledge of the relevant sports
* Basic knowledge of the betting industry
* Strong analytical skills
* Good PC and Microsoft Office skills
* Strong communication skills
* Good organizational and time-management skills
