Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to support the our client´s Health Sightline initiative. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and accounting operations — driving complex requirements, data analysis, and system enhancement efforts within a healthcare and insurance environment.
In this role you will play a key role in:

Partnering with business stakeholders, developers, QA resources, and accounting teams to elicit, document,



and refine business and system requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and data mapping documents.
Supporting student health insurance platform enhancements, school migrations, billing process improvements, data migration activities, and system integrations.
Performing advanced data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple systems and data sources, including inbound and outbound carrier, enrollment, eligibility, and financial data files.
Facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, system demonstrations, and UAT activities while supporting production issue analysis and root cause investigations.
Leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, and user story development, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout.
