About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Bilingual Account Executive to join a growing sales team and manage qualified opportunities from initial engagement through close.
This is a hands-on sales role for an experienced closer who understands how to manage a pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, handle objections, follow up consistently, negotiate, and convert opportunities into customers.
You’ll work with prospects planning relocations, understand their moving requirements, prepare and explain quotes, and guide them through the sales process until the move is booked.
Experience in international moving or relocation services is preferred but not required. The client will provide industry-specific training — what matters most is that you already understand the fundamentals of professional sales and know how to close.
What You’ll Own




Sales & Lead Management
Respond to and engage leads through the company’s automated lead system
Conduct discovery calls to understand:
Relocation requirements
Timelines
Destinations
Service needs
Customer priorities
Manage opportunities from initial contact through:
Discovery
Quoting
Negotiation
Follow-up
Close
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and open proposals
Ensure qualified opportunities do not go cold due to missed follow-ups
Prioritize opportunities based on customer needs and buying intent
Consultative Selling & Closing
Conduct needs-based sales conversations with prospective customers
Present moving solutions based on each customer’s specific requirements
Prepare and explain competitive moving quotes in coordination with the internal team
Clearly communicate service value, pricing, and expectations
Identify customer concerns and buying signals
Handle objections confid
