The Commercial Excellence Head will lead value creation, margin expansion, and commercial productivity across Andean cluster. This role drives commercial effectiveness by optimizing revenue management,



trade investment, shopper marketing, and in-store execution strategies while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, CBIA, and Category teams to accelerate profitable growth and market share gains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Net Revenue Management and Trade Investment Strategy
Drive margin expansion, value creation, and profitability through effective management and optimization of trade investments, promotions, and G2N spending.
Develop Commercial Excellence Strategies
Establish and enhance commercial planning, execution, and performance frameworks to improve sales effectiveness and business results across channels.
Drive Shopper and Channel Growth
Develop data-driven shopper and category strategies to improve market share, sell-out performance, customer engagement, and channel profitability.
Lead Pricing and Revenue Initiatives
Manage annual pricing strategy processes and generate rec
