Job Responsibilities
Develop and expand the Caribbean market, with the Dominican Republic serving as the regional base, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Promote and sell the company's new energy product portfolio, including Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (C&I; ESS), Residential Energy Storage Systems (Residential ESS), Automotive Batteries, and Industrial Batteries.
Identify, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, OEM customers, and key accounts, establishing a strong regional sales and distribution network.
Understand customer requirements, provide product presentations, basic technical support, and commercial solutions, and manage the entire sales process from quotations and samples to order execution and project delivery.
Collect market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor information across the Caribbean region, identify business opportunities, and regularly submit market and sales reports to headquarters.
Coordinate with headquarters' engineering, supply chain, and after-sales teams to provide timely and effective solutions,



ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Travel throughout the Caribbean region to visit customers, conduct market research, attend exhibitions, and develop new business opportunities.
Complete other business development and sales tasks assigned by the Regional Manager.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
Chinese (Mandarin) must be used as a working language for communication with headquarters in China. Candidates should also be proficient in English or Spanish, with the ability to conduct independent business communication and negotiations with local customers and partners. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Spanish is highly preferred.
Experience in the new energy, battery, or energy storage industry, with knowledge of Commercial & Industrial ESS, Residential ES
