Job Description:
We are hiring a talented Customer Service professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to trading platforms and financial products in a timely manner
Offer technical support by guiding clients on platform usage and troubleshooting any issues they encounter
Share basic market information, updates, and educational resources to help clients make informed trading decisions




Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to the relevant internal teams or management when necessary
Educate clients on risk management practices and other relevant topics to enhance their overall trading experience
Gather and communicate client feedback to support continuous improvement of products, services, and customer support processes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to high-quality service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure
Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and rotating shifts
