GBS Strategy & Business Development, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopedics business to establish DePuy Synthes as a standalone company. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions. Following the transaction, the successful candidate is expected to become an employee of DePuy Synthes and transition to its employment programs, policies, and benefit plans.
