We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Lead / Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and operational management of a large-scale endpoint environment supporting more than 11,000 devices across North and South America.

This role is responsible for defining the endpoint management roadmap, driving the transition from traditional on-premises management to modern cloud-based solutions, and providing technical leadership for the Endpoint Engineering team.

Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, End-User Computing, or Endpoint Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead, Architect, or technical leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with SCCM/Intune co-management, Windows Autopilot, OS Deployment,



application packaging, software distribution, and patch management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint compliance, and security baselines.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Endpoint Management certifications.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience supporting large, multi-country enterprise environments.
- Managed Services experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
