We’re hiring: Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to turn business priorities into structured execution, manage cross-functional projects, and provide clear visibility to leadership.

What You'll Do
- Manage project portfolios, workflows, timelines, and dependencies in Asana.
- Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, deliverables, and risks.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Use AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity to improve productivity and workflows.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge management.
- Support strategic initiatives across Finance, Family Office, and Executive Office.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Operations,



Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Advanced Asana experience is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with AI productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification is a plus.
- Finance experience with NetSuite, Power BI, DataRails, Excel, or Coupa is a plus.
