- Lead identification, analysis, and improvement of core business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Partner with functional and regional leaders to translate business strategy into process excellence roadmaps and measurable improvement initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state solutions
- Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and performance metrics
- Manage and track process improvement projects against timelines, cost, and benefit targets
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
- Coach and mentor team members and business partners on process excellence tools and best practices
- Ensure activities align with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering,



Operations, or a related field
- Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, quality, or related functions
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a complex organization
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable improvement plans
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Spanish and English proficiency required
- Preferred experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry
- Preferred formal certification such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
- Preferred experience supporting general or regional process standardization initiatives
