Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and eager‑to‑learn Event Operations Coordinator to join our integral Field Marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in Medellín, Colombia, requiring you to work from our local office 2 days a week and remotely the rest of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

Event Operations & Logistics (90%):
- Coordinate registration and logistics for the team's attendance at external conferences, trade shows, and industry dinners (badges, seats, sponsorship deliverables, dietary/attendee info, etc.)
- Track sponsorship costs, vendor invoices, and event-related spend against budget; flag discrepancies or upcoming payment deadlines
- Arrange shipping of booth materials, collateral, and swag to event venues, and track shipments to confirm on‑time arrival
- Track event inventory remotely — monitor stock of swag and collateral, flag low su
