Responsibilities:
- Track loads from pick up – in transit – delivered status.
- Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and registering all load information received from the carrier or driver in the system.
- Must confirm pick up and deliveries.
- Reaching out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.
- Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.
- Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.
- Forward border/customs documents related to the load to the proper department.
- Comprehension of logistics documents i.e., POD, BOL.
- Response to inbound calls to dispatch and trip monitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Data Entry of loads.
