Provides administrative support to ensure efficient execution, compliance, and visibility across projects and initiatives. The role focuses on coordination, tracking, and process support, enabling teams to deliver work on time and in alignment with internal standards and within compliance.

You will be responsible for:
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to projects and initiatives.
- Assist with tracking contracts, purchase orders, due diligence, accruals, and renewals to ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, trackers, and documentation.
- Support ticket management, prioritization, and status follow-up across stakeholders.
