Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend complex civil litigation matters involving warranty-related claims for automotive manufacturers and dealer networks:




- Manage cases from early assessment through resolution, including trial-readiness preparation:
- Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions:
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate witnesses:
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations:
- Conduct strong legal research, case strategy development, and written advocacy:
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel:
- Maintain exceptional organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail across multiple active matters:
