Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA
Compensation:$165,000 - $190,000 base salary

This role is well suited for attorneys who wantsubstantive responsibility, exposure to complex employment litigation, and the opportunity to advise employers on real-world workforce challenges. The practice balances litigation with counseling work, offering associates a broad and engaging mix of matters across multiple industries.:
Role Overview:
As a Labor & Employment Associate, you will handle a wide range of employment matters, from individual claims to high-stakes class and representative actions. You will work closely with partners and clients,



contributing meaningfully to case strategy while also providing practical guidance to employers on compliance and risk management.:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handlesingle-plaintiff employment litigation, including claims involving:
- Discrimination:
- Harassment:
- Retaliation:
- Wrongful termination:
- Support and litigateclass action and PAGA matters:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal memoranda:
- Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document production:
- Prepare and argue motions and assist with overall case strategy:
- Take and defend depositions with increasing responsibility:
- Participate in administrative hearings and related proceedings:
- Advise employers on day-to-day employment issues and compliance matters:
- Draft and update workplace policies, handbooks, and employment-related documentation:
