Salary Range: $240,000 - $350,000 (based on experience):
About the Role:
HireNow Staffing is recruiting aCorporate Transactions Associate to join a top-tier legal team in Silicon Valley. This role is perfect for a mid-level attorney (2-5 years' experience) looking to step into a high-impact, client-facing position handling a wide range of sophisticated transactions. From emerging company work and venture capital deals to M&A; and private equity transactions, you'll play a pivotal role in advising startups, established companies, funds, and entrepreneurs through critical growth phases.:
What You'll Do:
- Manage and supportventure financings, early-stage investments, and capital raises:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents formergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic deals:
- Advise companies ongeneral corporate governance, compliance, and legal structuring:
- Activelycollaborate with partners and clients, offering hands-on support and strategic legal counsel:




- Oversee and coordinatedue diligence, document preparation, closings, and post-transactional matters:
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with high-growth companies, private equity firms, and investors:
Qualifications Were Looking For:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of the California Bar
2-5 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
Skilled inventure capital financing, M&A;, and private equity deals
Strong background incontract drafting, project management, and business counseling
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and client-facing settings
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills:
