We are looking for a Production Designer to join our creative production team. This role focuses on the accurate execution, adaptation, and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, and multimedia channels. You will work closely with designers and production teams to ensure all deliverables are pixel‑perfect, brand‑aligned, and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, social, and motion formats
- Execute mechanical builds, resizing, versioning, and template‑based production:
- Ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across all deliverables
- Conduct preflight checks, package files, and manage asset archiving
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and studio teams to meet deadlines
- Identify and flag potential production or technical issues and propose solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Required Skills & Experience




- 3-8 years of experience in production design, artworking, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and file preparation:
- Experience adapting master designs into multiple sizes and formats
- Comfortable working with templates, grids, and brand guidelines:
- Familiarity with asset management systems and version control
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital formats (social, OOH, video) is a plus
- Figma knowledge is a plus
