About the Role:
We are looking for Bilingual Interpreters (English C1) for a healthcare campaign.

In this role, you will act as a communication bridge between English and Spanish speakers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and empathy in every interaction.

Working Conditions:
- 100% remote position
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday (between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.) Up to you
- Sundays off
- Holiday pay included

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary options based on weekly hours:
- 42 hours:COP $2,530,000
- 40 hours:COP $2,409,524
- 36 hours:COP $2,168,572

Additional benefits:
- Performance bonus:up to 15% of base salary




- Connectivity allowance:COP $50,000 - $114,000
