Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Fixed Term)

Overview
- Aligns talent acquisition strategies with the Mastercard’s talent agenda for the Services Business Unit.
- Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating talent acquisition efforts; ensures the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and integral activities
- Acts as consultants to the business on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs and processes




- Delivers strategic recruitment for high volume and complex hiring needs for the Services Business Unit in the LAC region

Role
- Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives
- Follows talent acquisition specific processes and systems
- For University Talent Acquisition:
- Assists in development and deliverance of university segmentation strategy by maintaining contact and outreach to relevant universities, programs, departments etc.
- Conducts initial outreach to prospective student hires either before or following on-campus talent acquisition and marketing events or initiatives
- Collaborates with Communications to assist with designated branding and marketing strategies, offers insight from on-campus observations and feedback
- Collects and sorts the university-hire effectiveness metrics to develop insights on universities to prioritiz
