We are looking for an Operation Support to join our team in Medellín.

Profile:
✔ Experience in logistics.

✔ Intermediate or higher English (required).

✔ Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

✔ Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

✔ 100% on-site in Medellín.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sell and cover loads with carriers.
- Negotiate transportation rates.
- Maintain communication with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
- Create reports.
- Resolve issues and report operational updates.
- Verify logistics documentation (BOL, POD, Rate Confirmation).

You will be responsible for Operation Support, maintaining constant communication with carriers, clients, and strategic partners. You will also manage shipment tracking, report operational updates, ensure proper coordination throughout the logistics process, and assist with track and trace when required.
