About the Role

The Creative Assistant is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of interviews related to client acquisition. This role supports internal divisions by ensuring interview processes are organized, conducted efficiently, and results are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview spaces and schedules with internal divisions
- Plan and organize interview processes
- Conduct interviews professionally and consistently
- Manage, document, and report interview results

Required Skills & Competencies
- Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional approach




- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated and resourceful, demonstrating sound judgment and business decision-making
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
