Supple Homes Inc. is seeking a highly organized and responsive Part-Time Airbnb & VRBO Booking Coordinator to support our short-term rental operations. This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience managing bookings through Airbnb and VRBO, communicating with guests, coordinating schedules, and keeping reservations running smoothly from inquiry to checkout.

Based in Menlo Park, CA, Supple Homes has spent over 20 years delivering architect-driven luxury residences throughout Silicon Valley, with projects ranging from $4M to $11M. Responsibilities:
- Manage booking calendars across Airbnb, VRBO,



and related short-term rental platforms
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and reservation updates
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, arrival instructions, and stay-related communication
- Monitor reservation details, availability, and calendar accuracy to avoid conflicts
- Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and booking updates professionally and quickly
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, turnovers, maintenance visits, and other stay-related logistics
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest communication, and property scheduling
- Follow up on guest questions, issues, and special requests to help ensure a smooth experience
- Support administrative tasks related to short-term rental operations and booking coordination
- Represent Supple Homes professionally in all written and verbal communication
