THE OPPORTUNITY

Comrade Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a mid-senior Account Manager to join our Client Success team. This isn't a task-management role — it's a seat at the table where you'll shape strategy, steer client relationships, and drive tangible business outcomes.





You'll take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of agency clients, guiding them through everything from campaign planning and performance reviews to website launches and long-range growth initiatives. If you thrive when balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, this is the kind of challenge built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take the lead on a book of 15-20+ client accounts, serving as their primary strategic contact and the person ultimately accountable for outcomes.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and performance discussions, delivering data-backed insights and forward-looking recommendations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across SEO, paid media, content, creative, and web development teams to keep initiatives on track and on-brand.
- Guide website and creative projects from discovery through launch — including scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment
