About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals through credible, evidence-based medical exchange.
- Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information to support informed clinical decision making.
- Identify and prioritize key medical stakeholders to enable tailored and high-impact engagement plans.
- Capture actionable field insights and translate them into recommendations that inform medical strategy.
- Support clinical research and local evidence generation by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Identify evidence gaps and contribute to integrated evidence plans aligned with medical priorities.
- Enable internal teams with scientific expertise and foster cross-functional collaboration on medical activities.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of medical affairs and scientific engagement within the healthcare environment.
- Experience building credible relationships with healthcare professionals through scientific discussion.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate complex evidence with clarity and balance.
- Strong strategic thinking and insight generation skills to inform medical planning and decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional and external stakeholder groups.
