About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Alteryx Server platform, including Gallery, Scheduler, Worker nodes, and associated services.
- Manage server builds and updates using AWS EC2 AMIs following established operational playbooks and governance standards.
- Monitor platform performance, job execution, and capacity; troubleshoot failures and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain Windows Server components: patching, services, networking, and addressing vulnerabilities.
- Implement and support backup, logging,



and security configurations aligned with enterprise cloud and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform reliability and support roadmap initiatives.
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, and workspace organization within Alteryx Server / Gallery.
- Document environments, configurations, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Provide on-call support one week per month, including troubleshooting for Alteryx, DBT, and Qlik Replicate issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- Alteryx Server Administration: installation, configuration, scaling, troubleshooting, Gallery management, Worker node configuration, service monitoring.
- Windows Server Administration: system maintenance, performance tuning, patching, services, networking, Active Directory integration.
