Project Coordinator

Working Hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple brands.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ongoing priorities.
- Communicate updates between internal teams, including marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams.
- Organize project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and contractors as required.
- Support the launch of new products, marketing campaigns, and website-related activities.
- Help ensure projects align with company quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage a high-volume, ongoing to-do list that includes urgent tasks across different brands and departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Shopify from an e-commerce perspective.
- Fundamental working knowledge of LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude,



with the ability to use them as part of daily work.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces across several brands at once.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to figure things out independently.
- Technical competence and comfort learning new systems and workflows.
- Ability to work proactively and find solutions with limited guidance.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the Amazon seller side.
- Exposure to graphics or graphic design workflows, even if not as a designer.
- Experience working with freelancers and coordinating project-related creative tasks.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and some LinkedIn exposure.
