About the rol
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analytics Leadership: Define and implement the marketing analytics and measurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts/scientists (e.g., a team of +30 people), fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative environment.
- Marketing Measurement & Optimization:



Oversee the design and implementation of advanced marketing measurement models such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), A/B testing, Brand Lift, and advertising effectiveness analysis.
- Actionable Insights Generation: Translate complex data and model results into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders (marketing, sales, general management).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and technology teams to integrate analytics capabilities across all functions and processes.
- Innovation & Technology Adoption: Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies in analytics, measurement, and AI (including Generative AI) to enhance the company's capabilities.
- Client/Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, presenting the value and results of analytical solutions.
