About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader to oversee and drive performance within our Insurance division. This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational discipline, strategic thinking, and strong people management skills.

This is a key position with direct impact on team productivity, revenue growth, and operational stability.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and supervise the insurance team
- Monitor KPIs, production metrics, and conversion performance
- Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently met
- Conduct performance reviews and structured feedback sessions
- Implement accountability systems and workflow improvements

Operational Oversight
- Optimize internal processes for efficiency and scalability
- Coordinate with management regarding targets and performance goals
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure proper CRM usage
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

Strategic Contribution




- Support growth initiatives and expansion strategies
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Promote a structured, disciplined, and results-oriented team culture
- Drive continuous improvement across the department

What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (spoken and written) - mandatory
- 3+ years experience in insurance sales or insurance operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Analytical mindset with KPI-driven focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- High level of accountability and professionalism
- Ability to perform under pressure in a results-driven environment
