Job Detail

The IT Lead is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day technology operations while also contributing hands-on technical support and system administration.

This role combines strategic oversight with practical execution, supporting internal teams with technology solutions, managing software systems, and ensuring that company infrastructure remains reliable and secure.





You will work closely with leadership to support technology initiatives while also providing direct support to staff and maintaining the company’s systems and tools.

General Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal staff for hardware, software, connectivity, and SaaS-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system problems and ensure timely resolution of technical tickets.
- Assist employees with workstation setup, software installation, and system access.
- Support onboarding of new employees by configuring devices, accounts, and system permissions.

Systems & Infrastructure
- Maintain company technology systems including workstations, collaboration tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and software licenses across company platforms.
- Assist with monitoring system performance, backups, and security tools.
- Ensure company systems remain organized, documented, and updated.
