JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Intake & QA Coordinatorwho can confidently communicate with Spanish-speaking patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners while supporting intake operations, patient coordination, and documentation quality.

This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable speaking Spanish in a professional healthcare setting.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Bilingual Healthcare Intake & QA Coordinator to support intake operations, patient communication, care coordination, and quality assurance documentation.

This role involves working with Spanish-speaking patients and caregivers, handling intake calls, documenting information in EMR systems, coordinating with clinicians, and ensuring patient records and documentation are complete and compliant.

Pay: 14,798.20 COP - 18, 497.75 COP per hour:

Key Responsibilities

Intake & Administrative Support
- Assist with intake processing and referral coordination
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and caregivers to collect required intake information
- Upload and track physician orders in EMR systems
- Upload and monitor endorsement reports
- Ensure timely documentation processing and electronic filing
- Maintain organized and accurate digital records

Scheduling & Care Coordination
- Schedule and confirm follow-up visits with clinicians
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients regarding appointments and visit confirmations
- Coordinate communication between field clinicians and office staff
- Assist with care coordination activities
- Escalate urgent or clinical matters to appropriate leadership

Patient & Customer Service Support
- Answer and triage incoming patient and caregiver calls in Engli
