As a Carrier Salesyou will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Outbound phone calls to schedule freight shipments with drivers and dispatchers.
- Takes inbound calls for driver check in and updates systems with tracking information.
- Traces shipments as needed by making outbound calls to determine shipment status
- Handles initial information on loss/damage and shipment shortage claims.




- Searches company records using company TMS system and provides necessary information and or reports to customers and team members.
- Traces status of shipments and provides information back to shipper representatives as needed.
- Resolves customer questions related to shipments in transit.
- Maintains liaison with carrier representatives and shipper representative for order completion.
- Has knowledge of McLeod, delivery and transit times, various telemarketing skills, and similar data, as required.

Minimum requirements:
- Studies:International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience:At least 1 year of experience in a daily transportation operation, dispatch, customer service or similar.:
- Language: Excellent English skills
