Are you a creative and driven recruiter looking to grow your career in an international environment? We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with strong English skills and experience supporting U.S.based clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where your communication skills, proactivity, and creativity will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Support recruiting efforts for U.S.based clients
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruiting within sales and/or management environments
- Creative, proactive, and strong communicator
- Experience supporting or working with clients in the USA
- Staffing or agency background preferred
- English level: Conversational to Advanced (strong communication required)
- Based in Medellín (hybrid availability required)

Nice to Have
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting
