We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our Legal, Compliance & People team. This role focuses on ensuring employment practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies, while also supporting recruitment and employee relations processes within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employment & HR Compliance
- Draft and manage employment documents, including contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
- Support employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain compliant and organized employee personnel files.
- Assist with the development and update of company HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to managers on labor law compliance and employment-related matters.
- Support internal investigations and employment-related audits when needed.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment processes from sourcing to interview coordination.




- Publish job postings on job boards and professional platforms.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, labor compliance, or recruitment in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience with U.S. employment practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
