Role Overview
We are looking for a Track & Trace Specialist to monitor active shipments, communicate with drivers, and ensure smooth load execution across the US freight network. This role focuses on load monitoring, driver communication, and issue resolution, especially during evening or weekend hours.
Work Schedule (Choose One Option)
Weekday Shifts (Monday - Friday, 40 h/week)
- Option 1:5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
- Option 2:12:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST
Weekend Shifts (Saturday - Sunday, 24 h/week)
- Option 3:11:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST
- Option 4:11:00 PM - 11:00 AM EST

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor active loads and track shipment progress
- Communicate with drivers to confirm pickup and delivery status
- Provide regular load status updates in company systems
- Handle after-hours operational issues and escalate when needed
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance (BOL, POD, load details)
- Maintain accurate records of shipment updates
- Assist with resolving delays, driver issues, and operational problems
- Coordinate with internal team members when issues arise
Requirements:
- Experience in US freight brokerage operations (Track & Trace, Dispatcher, or Carrier Sales support)
- Strong communication skills when working with drivers and carriers
- Understanding of freight load lifecycle (pickup > delivery > POD)
- Ability to manage multiple loads simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work evening or weekend shifts
- English proficiency required
- Experience with load boards or TMS systems is a plus
