About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly adaptable Learning and Development Trainer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.

This role goes beyond traditional training delivery. We need a professional who can design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs, responding quickly to business needs while maintaining exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-impact training sessions
Develop clear, engaging, and instructionally sound learning content
Respond to training requests within 48-72 hours when business demands require it




Ensure strong learner engagement and measurable training effectiveness
Collaborate closely with program management and cross-functional teams
Continuously enhance your own professional development
