Position Summary

The Recruitment & Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading healthcare recruitment and onboarding operations to support clinical staffing needs across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between the recruiting team and clinical leadership, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities, workforce planning, and provider integration.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing
- Lead and manage the recruitment department, providing direction, coaching, and support to recruiters
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for healthcare providers and clinical roles
- Partner with clinical leaders and administrators to assess staffing needs
- Align hiring timelines and priorities with operational goals

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Manage and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency and compliance




- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and credentialing collaboration
- Ensure recruitment practices meet healthcare regulations and organizational standards

Provider Onboarding & Integration
- Manage and streamline the onboarding experience for new providers
- Coordinate onboarding timelines with HR, credentialing, IT, operations, and clinical teams
- Support site visits, introductions, and onboarding logistics

Leadership & Workforce Planning
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provider pipeline data
- Identify process improvements and support workforce growth initiatives
- Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities
