Role Overview: Lead Manager / Appointment Setter:
As our Lead Manager / Appointment Setter, you will manage all incoming leads, nurture prospects, maintain CRM accuracy, and schedule appointments for the sales and project teams. You'll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients while ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and consistent communication.

You'll work closely with leadership, sales,



marketing, and operations to ensure leads are handled efficiently and customer experience remains exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Appointment Setting:
- Qualify prospects and gather required information
- Schedule appointments and consultations with sales or project teams

- Track lead progress and ensure no opportunities remain uncontacted

CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain CRM records daily, ensuring all deals reflect current status
- Track lead pipeline progress and set reminders for follow-ups
