We are supporting a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company serving field-service businesses (e.g., construction, maintenance, and other on-site operations). The business operates in a high-velocity environment where inbound interest, demos, follow-ups, and customer communication must be handled with speed and consistency.The cofounder needs a high-caliber operator who acts as a true extension — someone who increases leverage, protects focus, and makes sure nothing slips.

The Role (Read Carefully)

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who can run day-to-day communication, follow-up systems, and operational support with high ownership.

You are here to:
- Remove friction from leadership
- Drive consistent follow-through in HubSpot
- Keep outreach and follow-ups moving daily
- Support scheduling and coordination without back-and-forth
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish:
- Move fast, stay organized, and take initiative

What You’ll Own

1) Executive Leverage
- Own inbox management (Gmail): triage, organize, draft responses, and keep threads moving




- Own calendar management: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, time zones, reminders
- Track commitments and ensure follow-through (no dropped balls)
- Draft internal and external messages on behalf of leadership when needed
- Protect leadership time aggressively by filtering, summarizing, and prioritizing

2) CRM Ownership & Follow-Up Execution (HubSpot)
- Maintain HubSpot hygiene daily: contacts, deals, notes, tasks, pipeline stages
- Execute follow-up workflows: reminders, sequences, next steps, and meeting confirmations
- Ensure inbound leads are responded to quickly and consistently
- Track outcomes and make sure every lead has a clear next action
- Keep leadership updated with simple, structured pipeline snapshots
