We are seeking a senior operational leader with proven experience in U.S. Freight Brokerage, capable of structuring, disciplining, and scaling an operations team to high‑performance standards. This is not an administrative role; it is a strategic and execution‑driven position.

The Director/Head of Operations will be responsible for:
- Full control of operational performance.
- Process structuring.
- Risk management.
- Profitability per load.
- Team productivity.
- Building a culture of operational discipline.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4-5+ years of direct experience in Freight Brokerage operations (U.S. market).
- Experience leading operational teams of at least 5 people.
- Deep knowledge of:
- OTR (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
- Spot market
- Carrier management
- Claims handling
- Margin control
- Experience working with TMS & Loadboards.
- Advanced English proficiency (U.S. operations).

- Willingness to relocate and reside in Ibagué, Colombia.
