About the Job:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-driven Fulfillment Analyst (Demand to supply accuracy) to join our Amazon Center of Excellence (COE). You will focus on improving downstream and back-office excellence — ensuring our products are always available, our invoices are accurate,



and our chargebacks are minimized. Working closely with market teams and supply chain, you will help optimize inventory health, streamline order management, and unlock recovery opportunities that strengthen our financial performance with Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of Downstream Excellence activities Monitor and interpret forecasting data to flag demand risks & opportunities and coordinate alignment with local account teams. Track inventory availability and PO status to identify OOS risks and propose corrective actions (overrides, replenishment triggers).
- Drive delivery of Back-Office Excellence activities Support deal, rebate, and invoice reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate financial alignment. Manage chargeback and dispute recovery workflows in coordination with finance & supply to improve collections and reduce AR.
- Take initiative in own Performance Monitoring & Insight
