Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain up-to-date information into software.
- Work with Safety and Operations to schedule and on-board new drivers.

Knowledge and Abilities
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Interviewing skills to include the ability to listen and analyze answers and ask appropriate questions.
- Effective interpersonal skills - both oral and written
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a team by providing support to other team members and maintaining productivity levels.
- Extremely adaptable, can handle rapid change and responds well to pressure.

This is a remote position, working PC or laptop, good connectivity. quiet space at home is required.
Starting time is 7am local time

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,759,385 per month
