We are seeking a BIM Modeler / Drafter to join our Medellin Office team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the J.S.



Held Colombia team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional BIM Modelers. The idóneo person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software but to maintain detailed information about the quantity take-offs, building’s design, construction, and performance, and be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Creating, managing, and maintaining digital 3D models of buildings, MEP, structures, and infrastructure projects.
- Use BIM to support quantity take-offs, cost estimating, 4D simulations, Clash detection and diagrams creation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members from other service lines.
- Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines.
