The General Pricing Operations Manager plays a key role in executing and optimizing global pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market requirements. Reporting to the Global Commercial Contracts & Pricing Operations Leader, this role is responsible for driving pricing excellence through process standardization, pricing governance, data-driven insights, and automation initiatives.





As part of the commercial organization, this role will be leading and responsible of the PAF Process across the Globe working closely with commercial, finance, and contracts teams.

In the AMN region, this role oversees Pricing Operations and manages the ACN team (Pricing Admin & Finance), ensuring effective coordination and execution of pricing terms.

Job Purpose:
The Global Pricing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of pricing models (PAFs), energy pass through programs, rebates, governance frameworks, and automation tools. You will analyze market dynamics, inflationary environment, and key profitability drivers to optimize revenue outcomes. The role also involves supporting pricing compliance, approvals, and training to ensure pricing best practices are adopted across the organization.
