As a Finance Head, you will manage Pacific Cash Flow and ensure targets achievements To ensure the Direct and Indirect Cash Flow sufficiency across Pacific, giving the proper mid-long term financial visibility and seeking opportunities to improve Cash generation.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Closing, outlook, visibility and forecasting process for Pacific Cash Flow (Direct/Indirect)
- Day-to-day review of Cash position and short term estimations in order to balance Banks accounts sufficiency for payments
- Give proper visibility to management of cash flow risk, opportunities, new regulations that affect cash management and build scenarios
- Find Cash business opportunities/efficiencies through analysis of Working Capital KPIS ,P&L;, Balance Sheet, Suppliers, business models, Factoring,Tax and others
- Stablish win-win relationships with banks in order to maximize region Cash position

.YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountant, Business Administrator, Engineering or related fields.




- Finance Experience or similar; at least 4-5 years in different finance positions; Previous experience in Finance (Financial statements and accounting, Treasury, Financial Planning, controlling)
- Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills:
- Bilingual:English and Spanish fluent or native
- Proficient in Company Tools / Applications Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, analytics model
- Strong soft skills; team building, work under pressure, creating alignment, prioritization skills, display executive presence and confidence, Proven leadership record in building excellent working relationships with senior business stakeholders
