The Junior Evaluator, reporting to the Creative Fragrance Director, will develop and validate fragrances in close cooperation with Creative Fragrance Managers and Senior Evaluators, with clear understanding of customer requirements, in order to drive business value and ensure successful completion of external projects, according to Fragrance Evaluation objectives.

You will:
- Complete simple briefs with coaching from CFM, using IBIS system
- Support Sr.



Evaluators/CFM's on Colibri management responsibility
- Work with Perfumers on technical modifications
- Conduct internal panel tests as directed by CFM
- Assist Marketing/Sales in olfactory mapping
- Prepare internal/small customer presentations
- Write simple creative fragrance descriptions
- Attend validation panels to review/evaluate library entries
- Use Givaudan Systems to search for relevant themes and creative starting points
- Self-develop and train on-the-job and via Givaudan Learning Resource Centre
